Training
Individualized programming paired with 1:1 coaching allows you to understand how to properly execute movements, getting the most out of the training while avoiding injuries.
We’ll establish the volume, intensity, and frequency to match your goals, abilities, schedule, and priorities. By following periodized training cycles, you’ll see progress and avoid plateaus.
Lifestyle/Nutrition
We will develop protocols based on your goals, but also your current metabolic health, activity levels, preferences, previous dieting history, etc.
Without effective and appropriate nutrition protocols your training can only take you so far. Look to us to help you establish healthy habits, how you perceive food, and improve your overall mindset.

If you thrive off of individualized programming, accountability, and education then one-on-one coaching is for you. No matter what your goal, whether it’s to lose fat, build muscle, improve your relationship with food, or train for an event, we will pair you with a coach who suits you best based on your needs.
When it comes to learning to take care of yourself you never had to do it alone. Innov8 Fitness has you covered. Over the course of 12 or more weeks, you experience various nutrition protocols and training cycles. You will explore ways to keep you motivated and learn to make sustainable changes while we challenge you to improve your life both mentally and physically.
Strength Training
Remote Coaching
Your individual training protocols will always be based on your previous exercise experience, health history, injury history, goals, preferences, and equipment access, that’s whether you have full gym access or work out at home, we got you covered.
Each training block is approx. 4-6 weeks and will be designed to suit your goals, needs, preferences, and schedule. Your coach will consider all aspects of your exercise experience, previous injuries (if applicable), and current goals to ensure optimal, enjoyable, and sustainable programming.
One of the best parts of being an Innov8 Fitness client is that you will have the ability to send your coach videos of your exercises for them to review and critique on form and/or technique purposes. No matter what your goals we got you covered!
In-Person Coaching
We do offer in-person training with every wonderful thing you see listed above with but with the added benefit of 1:1 in-person.

Lifestyle & Nutrition
Nutrition can be key to your success. Whether your goal is to lose weight (fat loss), improve your relationship with food, have more energy, improve body composition, reverse diet, or simply improve your health, we will coach you through it.
Nutrition protocols will be designed to suit your goals, needs, and preferences. Your coach will create nutritional parameters for you to follow. They will be closely monitored and will be adjusted based on your progress and biofeedback. We will develop protocols based on your goals, but also your current metabolic health, activity levels, preferences, previous dieting history, etc. Without effective and appropriate nutrition protocols your training can only take you so far.
We help with establishing routines, improve your lifestyle choices, improve your quality of sleep, and setting up behaviors that will help you as you progress towards a healthier and happier you.
The Ultimate Trifecta
The ultimate package of Training/Lifestyle/Nutrition all wrapped up in one. This is where you will get that tailored to you training program in 4–6-week blocks. It will be designed to suit your goals, needs, preferences, and schedule. Your coach will consider all aspects of your exercise experience, previous injuries (if applicable), and current goals to ensure optimal, enjoyable, and sustainable programming. By following periodized training cycles, you’ll see progress and avoid plateaus.

Education
The goal here is to make sure each and every client is able to maximize their potential and make long-term sustainable changes by educating them through their own programming. We are confident that we will be able to teach you along the way with all the experience we have with our backgrounds in nutrition, strength & conditioning, and behavioral change.
The goal will be for each client to gain a much further understanding of personalized nutrition planning and progressive exercise programming if applicable. Your weekly check-ins are very much part of the educational process. Your coach will be able to evaluate and assess your biofeedback (teach you how to do the same along the way) as well as address any and all of your health & fitness questions or concerns. Your coach will also make recommendations on what resources would be most applicable for you to download based on your personal needs.
